The Book Is Out!
In these pages, law professor Bruce Pardy sets out 13 carefully crafted Articles that form the constitutional architecture of a free country. The design is intentionally simple. It does not try to administer life. It tries to secure it. The default flips from state power to individual freedom, leaving the state only with powers expressly granted. That’s the point: to correct the managerial and technocratic habits that have dimmed liberty elsewhere.
These Articles are offered as a contribution to a serious conversation—not as a finished nation, but as the bones of one. The beacon Alberta can become if Albertans refuse the mistakes now bringing other nations to their knees.
